ESG

Our world encounters every moment a number of challenges in terms of climate change and economic fluctuations, where it is essential to balance financial and social needs. ESG is the abbreviated form of Environmental, Social, and Governance. These three aspects are the three pillars of ESG frameworks and three primary areas that companies work on and make a report. The company has to report all the non-financial risks and day-to-day activities. In today’s time, companies of medium and large scales across the globe are trying to contribute to society for the greater good with their ESG activities. Let’s have a look at how Ganesh Complex serves the world with its focus on development and sustainability.

Health Camp

As a part of our corporate social responsibility, we conduct frequent health camps to lend a helping hand to people in need. We carry out these camps in both urban and rural areas to help the ones who find it challenging to spend on their basic medical needs. These camps are free for everyone and focus on the correct diagnosis and treatment of patients, along with free medicines in some cases. Experienced doctors and other expert medical professionals at the camp carry out duties to help an individual live a healthy and disease-free life.

We organise these camps at different locations, including remote places, so that everyone can benefit from a proper medical checkup. Many people visit our health camps to receive the proper treatment from professional doctors.

Food & Essential Distribution during Covid-19 Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic affected the lives of people on different levels of society worldwide. With subsequent lockdowns imposed on people, we had no option but to lock ourselves indoors. We all went through panic and fear of this extremely contagious viral infection. Transports got off, and there was a temporary scarcity of food and daily essentials all over India. In those times, we conducted several distribution camps at several locations to give away food and other everyday essentials to people in need. We did this while maintaining all safety measures, like keeping social distancing and wearing masks.

We distributed staple food items and other essentials, such as hand sanitisers and soaps, to the people we served. By the end of 2021, vaccinations and other practices had reduced the intensity of the pandemic, and thankfully, the number of COVID-19 positives has declined gradually.

Blood Donation Camp

Ganesh Complex considers it important to take necessary actions to help every individual who needs it. Blood is always in demand. Many critically ill patients can only be treated through giving blood. It’s well known that blood cannot be produced synthetically; it can only be obtained from a donor. Also, there are several other safety factors to follow while collecting blood from donors. We organise blood donation camps throughout the year at several locations to meet the demand for blood for patients.

Our camps are organised by healthcare experts and caring medical professionals who follow all safety measures while collecting blood. Our blood donation camps receive a massive response from those willing to donate blood. The collected blood is then carried to blood banks and stored safely.

Tree plantation

Trees are integral to our ecology. They release oxygen, which is so essential to maintain other lives including humans on the earth. Not only that, but trees have a lot of other benefits for humans and other animals. But many trees get cut every year due to many reasons. Tree plantation, on a simultaneous note, is a must to meet the needs of a healthy ecosystem. We carry out tree plantation events wherever and whenever necessary in different parts of the country. We consider it our responsibility to take care of the ecosystem and plant more trees. So, we collect different saplings based on regional preferences and plant them regularly so that they grow into sturdy trees and help animals and humans survive.

Children’s park Development

Children nowadays are very much hooked to their mobile screens, being engaged in activities such as online games and general surfing. However, while they can have some positive impacts on children’s minds, they also come with several adverse effects on children. The negative impacts include mobile addiction and ‘no’ to outdoor activities, which act as a hindrance to the healthy growth of children. We thus have taken up initiatives to build and develop children’s parks for kids of all ages. The parks we build are colourful and vibrant enough to attract children and house several games and structures to engage the children in playful activities.

The healthy growth of a child depends on a proper blend of physical and mental activities. Kids enjoy playing in the children’s parks that we have built. The small minds get the chance to play with other kids and make social connections, which helps develop their bodies and minds on a positive note.
